We’re Clean Eats, a London-based food business (Company registered in England and Wales No. 16798859) on a mission to make eating good food (and clean, and flavoursome, and a million other fabulous stuff!) effortless. We have been striving to make eating well & clean affordable, as how it should be.

We carefully curate every product in our collection for its own strengths, whether it’s price, flavour, quality, or protein (and other standards/dimensions), and we only partner with manufacturers and suppliers we’d trust ourselves.

Our closest manufacturing and supply chain partners are BRCGS certified – that’s the British Retail Consortium Global Standard, often seen as the “gold standard” for food safety and quality worldwide.

They’re also routinely inspected by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) for compliance and hygiene, ensuring what arrives in your parcel is as safe as it is delicious. And they’ve got five stars, apparently (if you want some, we’ll pop them in your next bowl).

Some of our products have even been recognised by the Great Taste Awards – one of the UK’s most respected independent food accreditation schemes, judged by leading chefs and food critics.

And while we’re newly formed in 2025, we take food (and your trust) very seriously – with just the right dose of humour and humility.

Yes – your order will always arrive frozen.
We carefully pack each parcel with ice packs to keep your food perfectly chilled.

However, on warmer days, your meals may arrivepartially thawed, don’t worry! They’re still perfectly safe to consume or pop straight into your freezer.

We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Fridays for Saturday delivery (extra fee applies).
No dispatches on bank holidays.

Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a processing day will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery.
During holiday or sale periods, processing may take a little longer, thanks for your patience!

For customers in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and certain UK regions, DPD typically delivers within 2–5 working days.

Orders from these areas are processed Monday to Wednesday to ensure arrival by Friday.
(Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.)

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible — once an order is processed, we can’t make changes.
