OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 15-20 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 2 minute(s).

Will my order arrive frozen? [📦]

Yes – your order will always arrive frozen.
We carefully pack each parcel with ice packs to keep your food perfectly chilled.

However, on warmer days, your meals may arrivepartially thawed, don’t worry! They’re still perfectly safe to consume or pop straight into your freezer.

When should I expect my parcel? [📦]

We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Fridays for Saturday delivery (extra fee applies).
No dispatches on bank holidays.

Orders placed before 10 a.m. on a processing day will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery.
During holiday or sale periods, processing may take a little longer, thanks for your patience!

For customers in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and certain UK regions, DPD typically delivers within 2–5 working days.

Orders from these areas are processed Monday to Wednesday to ensure arrival by Friday.
(Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.)
